Elizabeth Hack's "Green Meets Wave Blue" large scale installation piece is on exhibit at the International HarborArts Outdoor Gallery in Boston. The gallery is made possible with support from Coastal Marine Management, the Urban Arts Institute at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and the Institute of Contemporary Art.
